This course is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively attract, select, and develop top talent within organizations. Through a blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications, students will explore the key strategies and best practices for building high-performing teams and fostering employee growth and development. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Students will understand the recruitment and selection process within their chosen field. 2. Students will demonstrate how to evaluate candidate qualifications to identify the best fit for their organization. 3. Students will apply performance management techniques to set expectations and provide feedback. 4. Students will identify training and development needs and design programs to meet those needs. 5. Students will utilize strategies for fostering employee engagement, building a positive work culture, and reducing turnover.
