The student will Identify machine parts and their functions; select layout tools and techniques; define machine shop terminology; perform basic machine setups; calculate common shop formulas; perform semi-precision layout; demonstrate basic machine operations; and apply proper measuring tools. Demonstrate industry standard safety practices.Lab fee required.
