Topics include contracts, planning, cost and production peripheral documents, and cost and work analysis. Students will develop skills in construction contract documents, planning and scheduling, and cost and production controls; explain the legal implication related to construction projects; and, plan, schedule and document a construction project including the use of sustainable rating systems.
